I am in a project at CFL, trying to get an overview of what the future of web based learning/e-learning will turn out to be. We are looking at publications, as the Horizon report, talking to talented people and going through the flora of international professionals in this matter.
We have two time frames, one short term, 1-2 years ahead, and one long term, 5 years ahead. Some outlines can already be seen. I will start with doing some tests on the term “Grassroots video” as stated in the Horizon report.
